    1. Save what you need from Maple before 31 December. Check Maple's help pages for how to copy or export your data.

    3. Invite your family by email. Up to 8 members share one plan.
    4. Add the next few weeks of events to Plan, then your regular lists.
    5. Set your family's diet and allergen needs in Meal Planner.
    6. Add the house admin Maple did not hold: the boiler service, insurance renewals, bin day.

    When does Maple close?

    Maple's homepage says it will close on 31 December 2026, after which data is deleted and cannot be recovered. Annual subscriptions will not renew.

    Can I import my Maple data into Haevn?

    Not automatically. Haevn does not import from Maple. Most families re-add the coming weeks and their regular lists, then build from there.

    Does Haevn show ads?

    No. Haevn is paid for by subscription. There are no ads in the app and your data is never sold.

    Is there a Haevn app for my phone?

    Haevn installs from your browser at app.haevn.uk and opens like an app. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way.
