Question 1

What is Haevn?

Accepted Answer

Haevn is a family hub app that brings your shared calendar, family budget, meal planner, chores, shopping lists, family chat, loyalty cards, and household admin into one place. Built in the UK for families everywhere.

Question 2

How much does Haevn cost?

Accepted Answer

Haevn costs £6.99 a month or £69.99 a year. One plan covers up to 8 family members with all features included. There is a 14-day free trial with no card needed, and you keep all your data when you move to a paid plan.

Question 3

Is Haevn free?

Accepted Answer

Haevn offers a 14-day free trial with no card required. You keep all your data when you move to a paid plan. There is no ad-supported free tier because we believe your family's data should never be the product.

Question 4

How do I invite my family?

Accepted Answer

Send an invite by email, no phone number needed. They tap the link, log straight in, and they are part of your household. Invites stay valid for 7 days. Up to 8 family members on a single plan.

Question 5

What is the Meal Planner?

Accepted Answer

Haevn's Meal Planner treats allergies as a hard rule, so flagged allergens are excluded from every suggestion and shopping list. Use It Up turns what is already in the fridge into tonight's dinner. Always check labels for severe allergies.

Question 6

What is the carer role?

Accepted Answer

The carer role is available today. Invite a grandparent, childminder or someone helping care for a parent. Carers see the shared calendar, lists, meal plans, pets, family memories and safety details, and nothing else. These limits are enforced where the data lives, not just hidden on screen.

Question 7

Does Haevn use my data to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Your family's data is never used to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data stays yours.

Question 8

Can I delete all my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A single action in your account settings deletes your account: personal data anonymised, files removed, sign-in erased, and a tamper-evident record kept of the deletion itself. Where the law requires some shared records to survive (for example co-parenting records both parents rely on), only those are kept, only for as long as the law sets, and this is stated at the point of deletion.

Question 9

Is Haevn on the App Store?

Accepted Answer

Haevn installs straight from your browser today: open app.haevn.uk on your phone and choose 'Add to Home Screen'. It works like an app from that moment. An App Store release is coming; browser install remains available alongside it.

Question 10

Is Haevn safe for households with children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Haevn is built to align with the UK Children's Code. Profiles are private by default, geolocation is off by default for child profiles, profiling and behavioural advertising are off, and we never sell or share family data.

Question 11

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can export your family's data before you go. After cancellation, your data is held for 30 days then permanently deleted.

Question 12

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Accepted Answer

No. The 14-day free trial requires no card. We will not charge you until you actively choose to subscribe.
