    1. About these terms

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Haevn platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Family members under 18 may use the Service under a parent or guardian's account and supervision. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

    3. Your account

    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
    • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
    • You may not share your account with anyone outside your household.
    • Each household should maintain a single Haevn account with up to 8 family members.

    4. Subscriptions and billing

    Haevn is offered as a paid subscription service:

    • The current price is £6.99 per month or £69.99 per year. A limited-time introductory offer of £49.99 for your first year may be available.
    • All new accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to start.
    • After the trial, your subscription will begin when you add a payment method.
    • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
    • We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

    5. What you can do

    Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial family management purposes.

    6. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
    • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
    • Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the Service.
    • Use automated systems to access the Service without our written permission.

    7. Your content

    You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content. We use Your Content only to provide and improve the Service.

    You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

    11. Termination

    You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    12. Changes to these terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

    13. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
