    Who it's for

Families coordinating shared bills, single parents managing the cash flow alone, and separated parents tracking child-related expenses. Anyone who wants visibility on household money without handing over bank credentials.

    Common questions

Does The Pot connect to my bank?

No. The Pot is manual logging. We do not use Open Banking or any bank-connection service. You log transactions yourself, by category. This is intentional: your bank credentials stay between you and your bank.

Can I track shared expenses with a separated co-parent?

Yes. Add child-related expenses to a shared category, set the split percentage, and track who has paid what. The Pot keeps a running total.

Is my financial data sold or shared?

No. Haevn does not sell or share financial data with anyone. Read the Privacy Policy and Children's Code page for the full position.

What categories does The Pot support?

Standard UK household categories out of the box: rent or mortgage, council tax, energy, water, broadband, mobile, food, transport, school costs, childcare, and more. You can add and rename categories.

    Can I export my data?

Yes. CSV export of every transaction, any time, no waiting period. Your data leaves the way it came in.
